The starting point for all recruitment at Ferrosan is the values. Employees and managers are measured on the ability to live up to values in the annual people review and the bi-annual evaluation.
Ferrosan's managers have the main responsibility for bringing the values to life. To prepare them for this role they participate annually in a 360 degrees analysis in which colleagues, subordinates and superiors have the opportunity to comment on their leadership, including their ability to interpret and live the values.
